dl 315x2 @ 192lbs. Did 6am workout. Legs and abs. Find it realllly tough to squat heavy first thing in the morning. Like 5 people in my gym thanks to the snow! |

Very true Last year my bench was close to my squats lol So do they test for roids , or like do they only test If a mini version of Phil heath comes in and rapes since most power lifters are bulky and have the powerlifting look, not saying power lifters are not on the juice but I am wondering how that works, I want to compete next time I bulk up 260-280 pounds I think I would do ok Posted via RS Mobile |
Been working so much that I haven't gone to the gym in 2 weeks; eating crappy food; I feel as if I'm shrinking and losing strength....motivation is going down the shitter too... Need to buy protein powder, BCAA powder, and L-glute powder...that should get me back into the gym after spending some good cash... |

It's funny how new gym gear can help. Got a Reebok Canucks shirt (dry wick) for Xmas which I am enjoying. I should give it to this guy at my gym who looks exactly like Bieksa :D |
If anyone is curious, there is a Physique Show on June 30th, I believe in New West, I'm going to get more info. Winner gets national pro card (meaning you can complete as a pro bber). Might end up doing that show, rather than the Sandra Wickham in November. |

sweet jesus i hate 'personal trainers' girl im good friends with who is gorgeous, tall and thin, goes to the gym 4 days a week... shes been eating poorly for the last few months due to not having a kitchen available (house renos) so shes gotten a little softer but is still thin. she was talking to a personal trainer and he put her on a 'program'. i just took a look at that program. its basically 5 meals a day, 2 of them are shakes, the other 3, a fuckin hamster eats more than that. and hes got FOURTEEN supplements in the list. and a good chunk of them are fat burners, snake oil powder, or things like caffeine (she doesnt drink coffee because she cant handle the cafeine). and hes got her going to the gym twice a day, one of which is doing HIIT first thing in the morning before eating. it would be a half alright program... for a fat ugly chick. i told her to throw it all in the garbage and stop complicating things and simply eat better like she was in the summer when she was wouldwife/10. |
