It amazes me how much pre-workout supplements affect my performance. I've been off them for a couple weeks and it is a BATTLE to get warmed up and feeling pumped, especially since it's been so cold. Definitely need to start using them again, experiment failed :okay:

strykn 01-13-2012 12:04 PM

found out im allergic to ec fuck got 100 E tabs and 200 caffeine tabs, 10$ if anyone wants

truth 01-13-2012 12:27 PM

Awesome back workout today. Hit a personal high of 185lbs on deadlifts. Did 135x8, 155x6, 165x6, 175x6, 185x4, 185x2. Pretty satisfying to see results from the past few months of hard work. Started out at 133lbs in Sept and now I'm at 140lbs, thanks to everyone in this thread for motivating me to try new things. Now I just realized I forgot to do hyperextensions for lower back. Fack.

warm up with cardio

or rock to your music in the car, and yell/scream. Then slap yourself or tweak your nipples like rashad.

Then at the gym, like halo said, cardio ( i do quick short sprints).

Serious....

Awesome job. I think you could reduce the repetitions, increase more by 10, abd you can make some new bests.

Careful, could be the start of a hernia.

Berzerker 01-13-2012 03:03 PM

Did weighted pullups for the first time ever. Only a 25 plate but I've come a long way in the past 4 months with my back strength. Lats are sore as fuark today.

Berz out.

XplicitLuder 01-13-2012 03:47 PM

for you 5x5-ers , when getting to high numbers in bench did you ask someone to spot you and did your thing, or did you lower the weight and go back up again so you wouldn't need one ?
