yea i put on 10 lbs of mostly (70-80%) muscle eating pretty much whatever i wanted whenever...and drinking on the weekends too.

and beast bench needles. still got an easy 5-10 lbs from an improved arch

just for some fun real life facts:
if you wanted to eat 1500cal/day which is about enough to survive and nothing more, you would need to eat 22 pounds of cucumber a day. that is approximately 25 long english cucumbers. and you would only get 100g of protein out of that if you rounded up.

yeah dude, your deadlifts looked stupidly easy

imo if you train more posterior leg you'll hit 5 plate no problem because your lower back is damn strong

was worried I wouldn't be able to record your lifts in time because they went up that fast

thanks man and thanks for recording all those vids. you cut them pretty short tho. stopped it right at the end of the lift haha

Yeah dude I had no intentions of pulling 475 before my first lift. I thought I would be lucky to hit 455 that day but everyone was urging me on to do 475 because the 425 looked too easy.
I guess I should start rack pulling
