Absolutely demolished my leg and shoulder workout today, superset everything. 135 x 10 squats -> 185 x 10 -> 225 x 8 and since no one does legs in my gym, I met this model who was mirin cause I went ATG :awwyeah: Face-pulls supersetted with side lateral raise (15 lbs x failure) and my shoulders were done. Definitely get more reps in taking creapure |

new pr for deads today 285 x 2, before gym felt sleepy and tired and not wanting to workout but when i was warming up the weight felt pretty light so i just kept adding 10lbs and doing singles, going to try 300 in a couple weeks =D :alonehappy: some brown dude in the gym was to me " you should be using a belt when lifting that heavy " :lawl: |

Fuck my motivation is at all an all time high. Eating is on point. Workouts are all top notch. Energy level is through the roof. Mirror is showing wicked gains. People are taking notice too I've had several people make comments in the gym in the past 2 weeks "Your looking big man what's changed" "Wow your lifts have gone up a lot recently" I swear they all think I'm cycling right now :megusta: but it's just creatine and a new found zest for life (I met a girl ;)) Fucking Loving Life Right Now!!!! HAPPY FRIDAY BITCHES!!! LIFT HARD! Berz out. |
