Took a look at my legs in the mirror and holy fuck my hamstrings are almost invisible. I've been concentrating so much on quads that I completely forgot about my hams. Going to hit hams twice a week, and starting with them on leg days.

Anyone have recommendations for building hamstring mass?

Shoulder day and I killed it, supersets/dropsets on everything!
Slowly progressing on my military press, got 95 x 6, one rep better than last time :p

Lower weight on squat and really go below parallel. After your workin set you should really feel it in your ass/hams
Stiff leg dead lifts. Really aim to feel your hams working and not just go through the movements

I started off my legs with stiff-legged deadlifts and wow it really targeted my hamstrings. Followed by high reps leg press, double/single leg hamstring curls..they were fried. Almost passed out in the gym lol

+1 on that, and the high rep leg press is gold too.
Those combined with heavy squats is leg annihilation

deff could have used a preworkout today but overall a good day at the gym

progressed more with squats, the low bar is starting to rub/hurt my back, guess it's just a matter of toughening up the skin a bit. i got a new under armour shirt that's thin so that's probably another reason i could feel it a bit more, oh well, i'll suck it up lol

still fighting to make gains on overhead but i'm adding the 5lbs everytime, did 100lbs today

got up to 225lbs on DL 1x5....warmed up with a couple of lower weights....the last rep on the 225 i could feel my left leg wable a bit but got it up lol
