^I think you're dropping too fast but it could just be the shitty frame rate.

Keep yo back straight/perpendicular w/ the ground.

yellowpower 06-14-2012 01:26 PM

XplicitLuder 06-14-2012 01:35 PM

rabbitboy 06-14-2012 02:20 PM

dont worry, being pinner sucks i know, but keep working hard, concentrate on the big compound lifts, eat big, drink a lot of homo milk, and dont give up, and you'll get there someday

my failed squats, after the 1st rep it wasn't that great =/

hey man, keep at it, despite the slight form problems, squatting 2 plates for your weight is pretty damn good... Keep up with your compounds and ur gonna trump all the guys that do curls all the time... ur numbers will skyrocket in no time

like the others said, backs cavin in a bit, just straighten up a bit and itll be fine, ur lower body technique is great cus ur going low enough, keep it up

Depth is good, but you seem to be struggling with the ascension.
Ascend faster, really push it!

What are some compounds? I do bench, deads, squats.. Am I missing anything? Starting to do rack pulls... I also wanna increase my upper back too.

I love this thead. I get so much info/ things to try

kevin7352 06-14-2012 03:46 PM

curls. Ive seen people make it a full body workout

Berzerker 06-14-2012 03:47 PM

Standing BB overhead press is what your missing for compounds... also you should be doing pullups.

Berz out.

the whole list of exercises that i do is and i alternate between them every workout, i think most if not all of them are compounds

back squats
front squats

deadlifts
powercleans

bench
overhead press

weighted chinups
weighted pullups

rows would also be great for upperback, but i don't do them personally

Berzerker 06-14-2012 03:52 PM

Bent over BB rows are great. You could also do weighted Dips... they are something no one should be neglecting.

Berz out.

every work out routine should have a major exercise from each of the following as a FOUNDATION to your routine

overhead push
overhead pull
90* in front push
90* in front pull
push with legs
lift off ground

regardless of whether you use a barbell or dumbells or machine or different hand positions or whatever, every weekly routine should absolutely 100% include one serious exercise of each of those movements.

anything else is supplementary.

for example, for pushing in front, you can do incline bench, decline, flat, barbell, dumbells, whatever you want, but on the day that you do that exercise, make it the priority and focal point in the workout.

kevin7352 06-14-2012 03:54 PM

For the barbell rows, i cant help but to do a bit of a jerk with my body. Is this alright?

There is a recent article on T-Nation about this. To stop it, lean over more so your back in parallel to the ground. If you jerk, your going to be on your face :p
