What I was planning to do was to make a progress thread. Ppl make journals about their car so why not a thread about workout progress and get opinions and advice. Thoughts? |
you can just do it in this thread im sure^ lol just post pics of start up and what are your intentions and as you progress just keep posting pics and so on. And maybe keep a file in your comp thus in a year or whenever you put it ALL in one post to see |

What are some compounds? I do bench, deads, squats.. Am I missing anything? Starting to do rack pulls... I also wanna increase my upper back too. I love this thead. I get so much info/ things to try |
curls. Ive seen people make it a full body workout |
Standing BB overhead press is what your missing for compounds... also you should be doing pullups. Berz out. |

the whole list of exercises that i do is and i alternate between them every workout, i think most if not all of them are compounds back squats front squats deadlifts powercleans bench overhead press weighted chinups weighted pullups rows would also be great for upperback, but i don't do them personally |
Bent over BB rows are great. You could also do weighted Dips... they are something no one should be neglecting. Berz out. |

overhead push overhead pull 90* in front push 90* in front pull push with legs lift off ground regardless of whether you use a barbell or dumbells or machine or different hand positions or whatever, every weekly routine should absolutely 100% include one serious exercise of each of those movements. anything else is supplementary. for example, for pushing in front, you can do incline bench, decline, flat, barbell, dumbells, whatever you want, but on the day that you do that exercise, make it the priority and focal point in the workout. |
For the barbell rows, i cant help but to do a bit of a jerk with my body. Is this alright? |
