solution dont do shrugs...theyre kinda useless considering how un-sport specific the motion is

chinups + bent over row are better

Yeah..no. It's best to rest up when you're sick. Your body needs all of its resources to fight the flu, not to repair your muscles.

Getting fed up with Gold's. I never used to have to wait this much for the squat racks.
I wish that they would get rid of all the machines and cardio crap.

If u go during the weekdays i dont remember it being that occupied. I think its cus its mainly a bodybuilder gym so machines would be of more use for them.

did deadlift at 405x7 yesterday...felt like a boss after but doms just kicked my Ass lol. my back and glutes so sore lol.
