yeah dead lifts is something you have to always do to always be strong at , i am pretty sure i dead lift the same now as i did year and a bit ago

A weird question for those who go to Sport Central..

Anyone know if the scale is broken in the mens changing room (because lots of shit is broken there...)? Or if you have a scale at home and it corresponds to the one at SC?

Just curious because I'm actually gaining weight which I've been trying to do for the past couple of months. I've been seeing linear gains every 2-3 weeks and I'm stoked as fuck...just hope it isn't false and it actually shows a higher weight than reality :okay:

no i am pretty sure the scale is -10 lbs so just had 10 more to the SC one

Awesome deadlift day for me too. Sumo pulls, deficit conventional pulls, and suspended good mornings. Getting into the habit of recording everything, finding that really helpful.

I remmeber when skinnypupp was saying I was gonna get skinnyfat because I wasn't eating properly.

Well 6 months later and I went from 275 to 230 and I'm nearly benching 280 pounds 5x5.

that guy was me and my psyche want's to see me because I havn't seen her in 3 months. Gonna praise how amazing adderal is for the gym haha.

Didn't know you went heavier after I had to leave scott. Tomorrow I want to do chest. I want to get a crazy workout in tomorrow. I changed my workout routine. I'm gonna get an early start.

I want to bench 2 plates with 25 on each side.

jayare604, Stop raising your hips too soon, you are putting unnecessary tension on it.

And I bet your lifts will feel better if you keep the hip down, then after barbell is past knees, drive the hip in from the heels.

Hey guys, I blew my back few months ago after doing a bad form of squat.
I went too heavy during that time and gave up working out.
So I decided that I want to go back... I am hoping if one of you guys is nice enough to give me some work out tips in person?

I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not, but that's pretty much the stupidest statement anyone could have made, and I definitely would have never said anything like that. Do you even read my posts.? lol ask anyone, I'm a pretty big proponent of dietary fat.

Anyway I'm glad you changed your diet and training. It looks to be working for you. Although I'm not sure why you're trying to turn it into something confrontational towards me. You're basically agreeing with me and saying told you so :confused:
