ive got 12 chicken breasts, 6 steaks, and 2.5kg of ground beef in the fridge. and that wont get thru the whole week

ur squat should be up to me or even passing me soon, leg is fucked havent squatted max in a month and prob wont be squatting heavy for another month.. u can do it!

That's sick dude.
I remember the first time I squatted 315lb with full range of motion. One of the happiest gym days ever because I've had over 4 attempts before finally hitting it. Squatting is all mentality IMO and you have to learn not to be afraid of the weight.

My workout kind of got stagnant..changed things up this week..Ben Booker's arm routine yesterday, and Branch Warren's shoulder workout today. DOMS is hitting me now, and I've never actually had sore shoulders before, guess I just wasn't hitting them hard enough. Feelsgoodman.

Tweaked my lower back doing bench with red_sir the other day. Tomorrow going in for back and finishing with shoulders fri.
