Starting EC stack tomorrow, I did the no carb diet for a few weeks and I shredded a lot of weight quick, but gained majority of it back after letting carbs back in. I'm going to try EC stack with more carido and a healthy carb diet with more smaller portion meals. |
IMO, Overhead Press is the hardest exercise to make progress in I also started dat dere creatine bike ride, I'm no longer natty brohs...The creatine helped me set some bench PRs in the gym today. The creatine monster is now inside me, there's no turning back. :troll: |
