I can see why you posted this, her form is so off on the hack squats. Look at her foot placement, her knees are going so far past her toes. She's gonna regret not keeping her form in check a few years from now.

Set a new personal record of 165lb 1RM standing overhead press, after being stuck at 155 (160 give or take) for the longest time. Although it's only a 10lb difference, I still feel fucking great breaking a PR. :fuckyea:

sorry for reposting in workout/training thread but i am wondering if people read this thread all the time can help

hmm dunno if this is a stupid question but i started using assault today and it gave me something different compared to SUPER PUMP MAX. I felt like i had right chest pains and a hard time swallowing and gulping. Stiff neck and throat for some reason. Am i allergic or should i lower my dose? did like 2.5/4 of the scoop today. Never really felt this sensation before as i had trouble eating food, had to keep thumping my chest and drink water haha

only a 10 lb difference? 10 lbs is significant for overhead press

Araaadi 10-01-2012 09:41 PM

Starting EC stack tomorrow, I did the no carb diet for a few weeks and I shredded a lot of weight quick, but gained majority of it back after letting carbs back in. I'm going to try EC stack with more carido and a healthy carb diet with more smaller portion meals.

spideyv2 10-01-2012 09:43 PM

IMO, Overhead Press is the hardest exercise to make progress in

I also started dat dere creatine bike ride, I'm no longer natty brohs...The creatine helped me set some bench PRs in the gym today. The creatine monster is now inside me, there's no turning back.

I guess I said only because I've been stuck at around 155lb for months, and adding 5lb on each side didn't seem like much of a difference.

But even a bit more weight is still more weight, so I'm pretty happy about that. :)

yo sounds like you're allergic, avoid taking it again. also, prob best to go to the hospital if you're throat is tightening. had a similar reaction to something I ate last month and well GET TO THE HOSPITAL!

Verdasco 10-01-2012 10:01 PM

doesnt feel that bad i went to the hospital... forgot to state that i am taking new brand of creatine today too.. first scoop of MP compared to my old shitty brand from GNC

Creatine Side Effects

Drugs.com advises those using creatine to drink extra fluids, because creatine can cause dehydration, muscle cramps, reduced blood volume, decreased urine volume and electrolyte imbalances. Creatine has also caused allergic reactions that include swelling in the lips, tongue and face, labored breathing, closing of the throat and hives.

never knew creatine would do this.. never experienced this with my old one before, both being micronized monohydrates.

eca stack when you first start is amazing for decreasing appetite. Stick with that decreased appetite long enough and you just won't feel like eating big amounts of food anymore.

strykn 10-01-2012 11:34 PM

was getting too many sides with creatine. night sweats. insomnia. getting too jacked for my own good. Off again for a bit.

Meowjin 10-02-2012 12:38 PM

Throat tightening can be anxiety too.
