new PR today, 355 sumo deadlift@146 (switched over to sumo because I lack thorasic mobility)

anyways, I'm usually not one to bitch about other people at the gym but damn. There's this huge black guy at langara YMCA that goes in the mornings that NEVER puts away his goddamn weights. Not only that, but he also hogs up the squat rack, heavy dumbells and curl bar and when you ask him when he's done he always says that hes "circuit training".. Like seriously, I don't want to have to always put away your goddamn weights in order to do my own set.

I didn't like sumo at first because I thought it was only for tall people then I saw ogus doing them. Learned the proper form and did them for the first time today! They really help if you have problems keeping your back flat in a conventional deadlift
