Try finding a pure whey isolate? That filters out all the lactose. It's obviously going to be more expensive, but might be worth the extra money to you |

FYI, Use the appropriate Olympic bar when you are going to be dropping the bar for cleans/snatches/etc. There are some people using the regular bars with loose bolts from all the dropping. That's why, whenever I use one of those bars, whether it be for squats or benches, I check the bolts. The last thing I need is the bolt 1/4 way screwed in and it snaps from all the pressure. Edit: Be sure you guys know how to do cleans.......I heard a while back, some kid tried cleans in the Cross fit area - didn't stick the landing right. Broke his ankle. :badpokerface: |
