starting to like squatting surprisingly

did 235 atg squats with 3x3
then did 245 bench with 3x3
stiff legged deadlift with 155 with 5x5
and shrugs with the bar, 405 with 3x3

For anyone who did german volume training, did you do the 10x10 on deadlifts too? I tried doing them and even with sumo my form just got shittier and shittier..

In for the 1000th page, been a long ass time since I've posted.

Squat: 235lbs (just hit it as my new pr today)
Bench: 275lbs
Deadlift: 315lbs

Used to be that guy that hated doing legs.

Now I'm starting to enjoy it more.

Used to squat way less than a plate :fuckthatshit:

4 or 5 months later got it up to two plates and a nickel :notbad:

Biked 60km today. Better not lose too much weight over the next month while I train for a bike trip. The app I use said I burned up 2400cal. Yikes. I quickly ordered a medium pizza and ate it all lol

Ok since everyone's posting stats

I managed to get my bench up to 170x3

Box squat 320x5

And deadlift 350x4

Stopped lifting 2 weeks ago so I get my cardio up for upcoming job starting Saturday

Will be working labour from morning to until sun sets and by the time I get home will be way exhausted

Brb losing all gains and will be returning September

Embarrassing noob in here... but page 1000 is page 1000.

My condo gym doesn't have barbells for bench but my chest dumbbell press has gone from 20x6 to 50x12 in the past 4 months, it's nothing compared to you guys but it feels good to see progress anyways.
