leg day starting to like squatting surprisingly did 235 atg squats with 3x3 then did 245 bench with 3x3 stiff legged deadlift with 155 with 5x5 and shrugs with the bar, 405 with 3x3 i can feel the doms already :megusta: |

Biked 60km today. Better not lose too much weight over the next month while I train for a bike trip. The app I use said I burned up 2400cal. Yikes. Embarrassing noob in here... but page 1000 is page 1000. My condo gym doesn't have barbells for bench but my chest dumbbell press has gone from 20x6 to 50x12 in the past 4 months, it's nothing compared to you guys but it feels good to see progress anyways. |
