Anyone have a wind phone i can borrow for a few weeks? Waiting for the next nexus to come out before i make a decision on what phone to get. Really bad timing to switch to wind right now as the new phones are coming out in a week or two and i don't have a phone to use right now :( Hopefully someone can give me a hand here haha |

Damn my phone just went to sos mode out of the blue, couldn't make calls or texts but after when i restarted the phone low and behold it worked. Anyone know whats wrong? |

Gonna provide an updated regarding having my Samsung Nexus Phone fixed (under 1 year warranty) - Originally said it would take 2 weeks - Ended up taking 1 month - Their maintenance and warranty division is contracted out to some cell phone fixing company in Toronto (I'm assuming phone goes back to Wind, they contact Samsung to see if they'll pay for it and then they send out the the 3rd party contractor) - Paid an initial $10+tax for a loaner phone, $85 deposit to fix phone in case I was at fault. In the end they said I wasn't at fault and got the deposit back. Overall I'm satisfied that they fixed the phone under warranty but not impressed regarding the time it took and the level of customer service (at HQ Robson/Thurlow store and on the phone) You get what you pay for though and my plan trumps Robbers for sure. |
