it was stupid of Gudbranson to take that penalty afterwards too. fucking win the game if you want to avenge your teammate.

I dunno.... you get into that mindset too much and this is what happens

sometimes a little emotion and sticking up for your team is good even if it means taking a penalty

Nabatron 12-06-2016 06:40 PM

watching the hit on Larsen fuck it could have been worse the way those guys where flying in there he could have got a skate blade to the head or neck..

bobbinka 12-06-2016 06:59 PM

listening to the call on radio on the way home, that hit sounded horrible.

m3thods 12-06-2016 08:02 PM

IMO it looks like Taylor Hall let up a bit. The original TV angle didn't look that bad, but rather the hit to the back of the head as he fell looked to be the worst of it.

As everyone said, the players practically missing him by inches with their skates was so dumb. Absolutely no awareness of the situation at hand except for maybe Sbisa and Markstrom/Granlund. So dumb.

Not Sbisa, his skate makes contact with Larsen's head. SwiftRage

SumAznGuy 12-07-2016 06:44 AM

What is worse is the fact you see Devils players skate over Larsen to get into the scrum. One skate goes right over Larsen's visor.

*Edit*
#51 jumps over Larsen and #22 Quincy was the one that near chops Larsen's head off stepping over Larsen's head.

haha good catch I missed that angle on TV. I just saw his upper body skate to avoid Larsen and just shove the guy out of the way. Not like the Devils player who jumped over his body to break up the scrum.

murd0c 12-07-2016 07:16 AM

hopefully the Canucks will call up BBC now so we can see what he can finally do

I was thinking the same thing last night when Scott RinTOOL mentioned Biega may play and who they will call up from Utica.

6o4__boi 12-07-2016 07:28 AM

i think they'll call Pedan before BBC

That was a clean hit...the aftermath was the scariest part with his head getting kicked a couple of times.

There was also a clip of some Jersey douche trying to take vids or Larsen down and Markstrom blocking him and when Markstrom turns around to tell him to stop, he gives him the one finger salute.

Watch games, UFC, concerts and other events at Rogers Arena for free, sort of?

B.C.'s longest bar? Canucks adding The Sportsbar to Rogers Arena next week

They may be shitty sport team owners, but they sure know how to work the property business.

Dat face......... I so want to take a skateboard to it. He's not only a rat, he fucking looks like one............ you know the look you get when you have one trapped in a corner, :lawl:

EDIT: Lucille would suffice..........

I think I'll go make one, actually............ what d'ya guys think? A Louisville Slugger Number 4? 243 Turn is good enough........

kunoman, help!

6o4__boi 12-08-2016 08:07 AM

Just confirmed, Pedan on his way back up to the club with the Larsen injury.

I doubt we'll ever see Subban play for this team ever.

Nabatron 12-08-2016 08:44 AM

^subban is as good as trade at this point! He could put up 50 points in the A and will never get called up unless he was the only option left on the farm...I mean fuck look at last year you couldn't bring him up and let him play over a guy like bartkowski?

Nabatron 12-08-2016 08:45 AM

bartkowski played like 80 games last year and not isn't even the NHL anymore....

Liquid_o2 12-08-2016 10:38 AM

No need to ruin Subban by bringing him up and down from Utica. Let Travis Green do his thing. It's only his second professional season.

Expresso 12-08-2016 11:38 AM

TEAM was saying he was getting scratched on and off lately. Not sure how serious it is considering he's play 20 of the 22 games so far.

6o4__boi 12-08-2016 11:45 AM

lol Green was also quoted saying Virtanen still needs to work on his conditioning and pace
in the AHL

damn.
