I know +/- isn't what it used to be with advanced stats now, but Bo Horvat is surprisingly only a -1 more than a quarter of the way through the season. Last year he ended up with one of the worst +/- in the league. Glad to see an improvement.

His +/- was bad last year cause he was taking all the tough defensive draws because Henrik and Sutter was injured.
This is kinda why +/- isn't really a relevant stat anymore.
For example, Beiga and Tryamkin, most of their shifts started in the offensive/neutral zone. When it was a defensive zone faceoffs, then WD would send out Hutton and Guddy.
If you watch, one of the reasons Sutter plays with the twins is that Henrik isn't as strong on the faceoffs as Sutter. So Sutter takes the draws, then switches back to the wing. On the 5-3 against the Devils, Henrik lost the draw the puck was dumped down the ice which killed 15 seconds off that 2 minute PP.
