I see at least one different one every morning or second morning on the SkyTrain. No joke. Yesterday I was on the bus home and was changing songs on my and turned to put it in my pocket and BAM! next to me was another bloke with an iPhone and the el ghetto stock headphones. I see those headphones a lot too as the mic/button bit really stands out to me, so I know those people have iPhones too.

Funny thing is, I have seen dozens of iPhones but only one other person (other than myself) had a case on theirs.

hmm here is my problem... I plug in the usb for my iphone to my desktop (winxp) and it recognizes it and says it installed the driver BUT nowhere can my iphone be found on My Computer.

I used my ibook to hack the phone, but do not want to use my laptop to do all the music, because it doesn't have much storage space. Only reason I did everything with my laptop, is because I got frustrated with this problem.

edit: what xp installed was apple mobile device ... I'm not sure if the iphone needs anything else

i already tried removing the driver and reinstalling it, but same result.

edit2: nevermind, fixed it for now....omgwtfbbq can't drag and drop specific songs, can only sync playlists @_@

does anyone have the problem of the screen now showing up? i've been getting it a lot lately...pressing the home button and the power button..nothing shows up. blank screen but phone is still on. today i was in a call with speaker and i couldn't get the screen to come back on to turn off the speaker or to hang up. its been happening to me a lot lately. i have to hold the power button and home button to restart when it happens. starting to wonder if its because i used ziphone

^ go to settings, general, reset then reset all settings and should be good

not sure what you really need here. i've got the iPhone on v.1.1.4 and using Fido. Haven't encountered any probs. I've used Xp and Mac OS. XP was used during the initial jailbreak and unlock when the phone was 1.0.2
then restored everything and updated to 1.1.4 using the Mac OS.

BTW nice birthday present. mom and pop's gift? :D

depends on what case you have, but then again there are different kinds of people/iPhone users.

1. Doesn't use a case so they can show off their phone
2. uses a case to protect their phone..cause it's their precious
3. doesn't feel the need for the case cause it's gay

Anybody have any recommendation for car chargers? I've read on many websites that talk about iphones frying when using ipod car chargers (...which include ipod touch chargers). I'm hoping to be able to purchase it locally, but if all fails I can purchase from apple store/online.

As well, I'm trying to look for a case similar to that of kardboard. I know ebay sells them, but when I search it up, they're all black cases and I want a different colour. Again, I would like to purchase locally, but last resort is online.

Anybody using the new beta version of Customize? It friggen rocks! Everything is built into it and you can pretty much customize your entire phone with that program. I might get ride of summerboard when customize is fully implemented and people start making all their themes through customize. The only problem I have is I can't change the carrier logo to the apple logo :(
