Mine is a 1.0.2 --> 1.1.1 --> 1.1.4

I unlocked mine today from 1.0.2 to 1.1.4 using ziphone method. (you can type "ziphone" on youtube or www.ziphone.org)...

Very simple! Just upgrade your phone to 1.1.4 and run the ziphone program. Just one click and you are done! However, I have some problems with Installer. Sometimes when I download programs onto my iphone, it said "Error! Package Download Failed!". Do anyone know how to fix that problem?

downgrade back to 1.0.2, figuring out customize, summerboard and ringtones. was so much easier prior to 1.1.4. doing update and installs for everything for 2 phones sucks

I find ringtones much easier on 1.1.4

I had no luck getting ringtones when I was using 1.1.1

does anyone know of any programs for the mac that lets you converts movie files so that you can play them on your iphone? I did a search, but just came up with programs made for the PC

Lots of stuffs. Most visible ones are the iTunes store where you can listen to free samples (lol!), new Google Maps app, new SMS app (text to multiple people), double-click Home button shortcut (my fave).

In my experience, there seems to be a increase in battery life but I can't say that for everyone who has a 1.1.4.

my battery didn't really seem to increase. oh well. and now all of the sudden my weather icon won't use the theme icon. i installed all the summerboard tweaks for it and still nothing. and i'm mad that changing the bar dialer is harder now! there used to be a hello kitty one in customize that i LOVED

No big battery life increase for me...but then, it was always good for me.

My weather icon looks fine, but I'm waiting for a proper Customize to come out. I miss my old psycho customizations on 1.0.2. :(

I got the first one and it broke within 2 months. The plastic sheathing on the adapter was so thin and cheap that it simply broke and the wires inside were exposed (plus they were starting to break due to the lack of support from the sheathing). I now use that second one and it is much stronger.

I'm thinking of trying this one out.
