Since when are you allowed to use your DSLR? I've only done it once...every other time they said no.

I was told by one of the hosts that I cannot bring anything over 100mm into the arena, They spent a good 10min inspecting my camera and my bag to make sure i wasnt sneaking anything in.

The second time, the host(same one) told me that it is under NHL regulation that no photo or video is allowed, but they dont enforce it, and then tells me of the "soft cap" of 100mm for lens

This season, i havent brought my DSLR yet. but the setup will be the same as last year. canon XTI with 50mm f1.8

nice and light, and my seats are close enuff for me to use 50mm

I probably won't bother. 100mm won't bring the action close enough to be a good photo.

btw is any of the pregame Linden stuff going to be broadcast on Sportsnet? Apparently canuck.com is going to have a live feed starting at 6PM, but who knows how stable that stream will be.

i got my linden retirement jones out during his last game. it sucked but the redonk ovation he got after that game was awesome.

it was even more awesome because naslund stood sheepishly around not sure of what to do or think because it was his last game too. then trevor started being trevor and got naslund a few rounds of ovation.

looks like some of us actually got good deals on tix. I got a pair of club seats in section 105 row 13 for $230 each on prime seat club. Once in a life time moment rite here I won't miss it for anything.
