The remote control looks so handy I can totally see myself using it for so many things. Can't wait!

I just want them to fix the wifi and .avi sound playback issues, that is all. Who gives a fuck it doesnt have useless hipster apps.

i have no clue on what to do in that i have tried everything from bitching at them to getting a replacement sent to me and it just seems like a revolving door of duds its a piss off for sure! quality control at RIM is just garbage!

lol force them to make sure there's no dust underneath before sending you or something.. personally i bought 14 of them only 1 had 1 tiny dust so i'm not gonna bother with it coz it might be worse lol

The AVI sound issue won't be resolved in the update because RIM refuses to pay Dolby for codec support. On the other hand, I am hoping that the WiFi issues get resolved.

People in the States seem to see support for things like Skype, Hulu, and Netflix as paramount. I guess their copyright and anti- piracy laws have really made them paranoid. :lol

holyshit dawg 14 of them and only 1 had abit of dust? wow thats crazy u got then many play books that were mint unlike the 2 that i have are just atrociously bad! I'm going to try my best cuz this is starting to get comical.

i tried twice to resolve my issues with the vendor and said f it and disputed it with my credit card company. i'm pretty fed up with RIM as well. i dont see myself getting another product from them in the near future. it's pretty disappointing from a large company.

yeah no fucking doubt bra! honestly its bad how their service/quality control is...the put me on hold every fucking time I call in sometimes for 20 to 30mins plus...then after I talk to their RMA department they say "can we call you back in the next 24 to 48 hours? because we need to get approval before anything we do" Its a joke how their system works mind boggling if you ask me:heckno:
