support your fellow Canadian fisherman! American spot prawns aren't as big because they keep top grade down in the states when there graded. With the popularity of these prawns they will sell almost anywhere Posted via RS Mobile |

I remember there used to be a guy on RS that owned a seafood distribution business or smth and I remember buying spot prawns directly off of that guy, and it was really good and he gave me a pretty good price too (cheaper than tnt for bigger and better prawns) but I think he got banned from RS for selling prawns lol.... |

Bought 2 pounds today from the downtown TNT. 30% of them had eggs in the tummy. Too early in the season but the price was alright at $14. Got my fix. Posted via RS Mobile |

Keep them away from the prawns. That chemical smell probably kills. I did sniff the greasy foams though. Posted via RS Mobile |
