My gym is too small and no one uses it at mine.

Having callus problems thats why i got them.

went out to do interval cardio again for the first time since last september

calluses are manly
grip on top of them to avoid problems

Usually when I go to a commercial gym I ask for a free trial that day, and most often than not, they'll allow it. Just gotta demand it... Noone's gonna stop you if you decide to pay the drop in

yay 70lbs for reps for db bench today @ 126lbs. getting a lil stronger and i think i gained a pound :o of fat prob
think i could get 80s next time

Yeah they are manly but they fuck with my gains because back day is my longest day and it gets to the point where it feels uncomfortable and I hate to leave things undone

I often have that problem as well. What helped was using a pumice stone to scrape some of it off.

I was doing skull crushers and when I was pulling the weight up I left something pull and a sharp pain on the left side of my neck. Woke up this morning In a lot of pain. Looking left, right, and up isn't too bad, still hurts but it's not bad. Looking down is killer though, iced it after the gym and before I went to bed. Pains kinda spread through my traps, it's all super tight now.

Could be a neck stinger which is basically a pinched nerve. Make sure you loosen up your traps with some massage (use a tennis ball, place it between the wall and your traps while standing and roll it around with your traps, leaning into it. Also sleep on your back for a bit and not on a side. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the tips man. Hoping I'm not out if the gym for long, been making some solid progress and I already took a full week off 2 weeks ago don't wanna have to take another so soon.

My PR from a local collegiate meet.. 315 lb comp rep, and judge made me hold it out there for 8 seconds before start command, because he wanted my heel down, but I personally thought it was planted on the ground in the first place. pretty happy considering i only got 6 hours of sleep... Situation you should post your collage of PRs
