My gym is too small and no one uses it at mine. Having callus problems thats why i got them. |
went out to do interval cardio again for the first time since last september my calves are sore to the shits and i cant run at all :tears: |
calluses are manly grip on top of them to avoid problems |
Usually when I go to a commercial gym I ask for a free trial that day, and most often than not, they'll allow it. Just gotta demand it... Noone's gonna stop you if you decide to pay the drop in |
yay 70lbs for reps for db bench today @ 126lbs. getting a lil stronger and i think i gained a pound :o of fat prob think i could get 80s next time |
Yeah they are manly but they fuck with my gains because back day is my longest day and it gets to the point where it feels uncomfortable and I hate to leave things undone |

Could be a neck stinger which is basically a pinched nerve. Make sure you loosen up your traps with some massage (use a tennis ball, place it between the wall and your traps while standing and roll it around with your traps, leaning into it. My PR from a local collegiate meet.. 315 lb comp rep, and judge made me hold it out there for 8 seconds before start command, because he wanted my heel down, but I personally thought it was planted on the ground in the first place. pretty happy considering i only got 6 hours of sleep... Situation you should post your collage of PRs |
