i workout at richmond sports club. two flat benches, two squat racks pros: - very cheap - indoor bball court, heavy bags, plyometrics area even when its busy, it will be easy to get your sets in cause most people i see that workout there use shit like dumbbells, smith incline - lotsa 45s cons no olympic platform? most gyms dont even have this so i aint mad all in all i recommend it very heartily. |

Fuck I haven't posted here in a while. I gotta take some new progress pics, definitely made some very good gains, extremely lean right now, but I don't want to be LOL. I went from 180 lbs, just weighed myself today I'm 168, this is easily the lightest I've been in a few years. I've been training this whole time, but my appetite has been fucked this last month with women drama. Hope you guys all had a great New Years. |

Hey for those who's currently or went on Wendler's 5/3/1, did you ever go heavy on assistance exercises? My dumbbell flat bench is literally skyrocketing, and I'm afraid I won't be able to handle the weight I'm doing now in the long run. My ego is strong :fuckthatshit: |
