ya, sports club is dope i mean its $20...just needs new barbells

Just finished my first bikram yoga class. The poses weren't terrible (aside from tailbone/spine flexibility) but holy shit it's fucking hot in there. Could only do about 2/3rds and had to lay down the rest between poses.

One guy sweat so much, I had no idea the human body could produce so much (estimate at about 3L)

^ train at sports club in the summer and you will sweat 3L

kevin7352 11-07-2013 01:37 PM

Smells like ass in there.
The bars are probably the cheapest things ever.
Not a single dumbbell is racked at it's proper spot.
Hate those hexagonal plates.
May have contracted AIDS from skinning myself racking a dumbbell.

they're actually dodecagonal...and you call yourself a university student lol jk

hal0g0dv2 11-07-2013 11:34 PM

Squats are done with a barbell on your back; this is assumed and are not called "Back Squats." You don't say you're going to take a "standing piss" do you?.

let him be... the juice is getting to him, he needs a place to vent his rage

hammer strength dip machine, probably one of the best tricep exercises ever lol

Sid Vicious 11-08-2013 12:31 PM

why machine yo and not regular dips

= non machine = moves in more than in one axis therefore engaging stabilizers and core

alwayslive 11-08-2013 02:17 PM

I do both. I generally don't really feel my triceps when I do dips, and there's usually some pain when I do dips and try to be as straight as possible. So this machine works well for just isolating the triceps haha but otherwise, ya I agree that normal dips are better because they incorporate more muscle groups at once
