Do any of you guys suffer from leg cramps during squats? The last few time I've done them I've gotten some pretty bad cramping near the end on my inner rear quads. On purpose I've weighted down and gone for reps (145, 5 sets 10 rep) and it still gets me. I usually do the elliptical beforehand too for a good half hour.

More stretching? More/less warm up? My depth is starting to suffer since mentally I'm worrie about going too deep

You getting enough potassium in your diet? try doing a lot of dynamic stretching before squatting next time

Been a long while since I've posted here but I've always lurked around.

Anyway, gyms here in Japan are incredibly clean and tidy and since moving to a different city I finally got to sign up for Gold's Gym. Even then, I miss training at home from time to time since the vibe in Japan is completely different. People are so QUIET when they train. Just the other day the manager of the gym told me to quiet down a bit because I was pushing for my last rep. I wasn't even loud!

End Rant

that sucks man, I dont understand gyms that want people to be quiet, we got some heavy weight dropping down on us we gotta let out those man cries.

Am still grinding haaaaard 6 days a week, just don't come in this thread much anymore. Dont really recognize many of the names around here now. Altho it is pretty sweet to see so many guys who were noobs back when I was at the height of my contributing in this thread, to now have far surpassed me. You guys are fucking awesome.

Had a lower back/pelvis injury last March which knocked me back abit, but Ive been crushing the gym for a long time again.

Im about the biggest I've ever been right now, and just starting my road to EDC cut this week. A few weeks ago I broke the 200lbs barrier for the first time ever and got to about 202lbs for officially 50lbs of legit gains since I started lifting.

And yes phaggots, at age 30, Im still proving you can work nearly 60 hours a week, and still make gains at the gym 6 days a week. Come at me excuses

Had a great workout today. Felt super strong. Didn't plan to chase my PR today, but ended up continuing to add weight.

295 x 4 (PR was 295 x 2)
Felt like I could do more so re-tried 3 plates. 315 x 3!

Not comfortable yet filming video yet of my sets. Maybe next time :toot:
