The best was when I was at the gym, guy who is probably 5'9" and maybe 175lbs throws on five plates for barbell back squat.. I'm thinking, holy hell this guy is a beast. Unracks it and wobbles back three steps and squats probably no more than 3-5 inches. Does about 7 reps and re-racks...

How is breaking 90degrees bad for your elbows?

just want to put it out there, those that have flat feet, hammer your VMO's on the foam roller. you want to roll the inner quad by turn your thigh outward on the foamroller. It shouldn't take alot of movement for you to really feel it there cus it will hurt like a bitch.

it will help with your squatting

Are you saying flat feet leads to hypertonicity/increased stress on specifically the VMO?

No, he was being sarcastic with the 90° comment.

shall 2 guys doing rackpull(squats instead of deadlift pretty much lift it off the safety bar then put it back down) a while ago is this a legit workout or something cause i have never seen it before. PR front squat 175x3 today :D

320icar 04-12-2014 09:48 PM

I've seen it before lots of times. I've also seen something i would describe as "chair squats"

I hate missing a day of workout, I workout 6 days a week, about an hour and a half a day, and whenever I miss a day off schedule, I feel like pudding, worst feeling ever, lol.

Also love noticing muscles you never thought existed, lol. My butt is higher than I thought it actually was as well. My jeans sit better its an awesome feeling.

320icar 04-13-2014 01:46 AM

I'm at the gym right now lol. Put the GF to bed and snuck out incognito. Church is in session. The church of iron. Mass congregation.

I've done what you shouldn't do, and have been hitting the gym every day. Leg has been hurting alot and only feels better after i work out funny enough.

if he can unrack 5 plates at 175 lbs and walk out with it, chances are, he has the core strength to probably squat 4 plates for a few reps too. That's not beast at all

So close to 3 plate bench:joy:

320icar 04-13-2014 07:09 PM

This might sound strange. I googled it but nothing came up. Last night was chest and i was doing bench. On my last set for the last two reps, i swear tha when i exhaled, i could see my breathe as if it was cold outside or during winter.

Am I crazy from pre-workout? Or has anyone else ever seen something like this

hal0g0dv2 04-13-2014 08:10 PM
