Slowly getting back into the groove after my disc injury... can't deadlift as much as before but I'm being more meticulous with my form. I'm actually grateful to have this experience even though it set me back on progress. Switched over to higher volume and bodybuilding style workouts while still focusing on getting compound lifts up. Feels good to be squatting above 225 for reps again :woot2: Spoiler! |
