Any of you guys have problems with your AC shoulder joint? I've had a slight bump around that area for a while now and I feel a slight discomfort whenever I do any heavy lifting for shoulders.

Any stretches you guys know of that could help?

Just ordered the Romaleos II online in my regular size.

Wanted to go half size down, but they didn't have it in stock.

Got 30% off so I can't complain; hopefully they fit well :eek5x:

Suprarz666 10-28-2014 04:00 PM

Where/how'd you get the 30% off? I've been wanting a pair but have been holding off for a while now.

Fcukedd 10-28-2014 06:01 PM

I ordered it off eastbay.com with employee discount from a friend who works at Foot Locker.

All employees get 30% off the website

Ive been dealing with some front delt pain that has prevented me from benching for a week, anyone got tips or advice?

Its pretty minor and only hurts when i bencb

320icar 11-01-2014 12:39 PM

Id like to know too. I've had that for years and assumed it was from poor form

i like to do some kind of extremely light (sometimes just bodyweight even) bilateral rowing movement to warm up the rear delts before I bench. That way I can maintain a good setup throughout the bench press

i used your slingshot the other day btw, feels awesome fuarrrr

wc19 11-01-2014 03:25 PM

I have been getting anterior shoulder pain as well, but with dips. I've been doing a lot of shoulder mobility work at the beginning of every workout and took some time off doing dips too. Even body weight dips hurts, any ideas?

hnnnnggg how good the romaleos feel :sweetjesus:

soles feel weird since it's not broken into yet, but still managed to hit a squat pr AMRAP set at 325 for 12 today @ 153lb

testing my 1RM in 3 weeks (end of 2nd cycle of candito's 6 week linear program)...hopefully I can get 405.

nabs 11-07-2014 10:13 PM

I have been out of the gym and haven't been able to work out now for a good 3+ months. Luckily I haven't gained any weight but muscles are now turned to shit, body is losing its sculpt, I feel like crap.

Suspected torn labrum in the right shoulder, I can't do anything :( even cardio/warm ups make it flare up and the pain is relentless. I can't keep doing legs forever, even that doesn't work without warmup.

Just wanted to vent.

Have you gone to see a physic to assess if it is a torn labrum? I just did a presentation on labral injuries actually hopefully it is not a labral tear.

the silver/white colorway is badass as fuck

Any recommended chest work out routines? Been with my current one for a few weeks but haven't been seen much gain. Still new to working out, so any advice is appreciated. Fails are ok too haha

Current routine:
3 sets x 10 reps, 1st set drop set
Widegrip barbell bench press
Dumbell fly
Incline dumbell bench press
Platepress with dumbells

LC21 11-08-2014 07:12 PM

Haven't hit a pr in a long time due to multiple injuries (broken toe nails and car accident). Yesterday hit a 505 DL PR. :suspicious: Hopefully 525 by the end of my program.

I've been in physio for the last 4 months or so. I'm going in for an MRI soon. Physio said if it was just a regular shoulder injury it should have gotten better within 2 months max.

Oops I meant 320x12, not 325 :okay:

But thanks! still trying to get on your level man

& thanks sid for suggesting Candito's program a while back, been seeing good gains from it

probably going to run it a 3rd time before switching things up...can anyone recommend a similar program I can look into?

LC21 11-08-2014 10:55 PM

even though you're "bodybuilding" you need to at least semi periodize your training somehow. google periodization for strength training

i like connors program its solid but i feel the deadlift volume is a lil low.

i recommend researching up daily undulating periodization and making your own program, thats what ive been doing

LC21 11-09-2014 10:49 AM

Volume is a little low throughout the entire program but frequency makes up for it. Try it sid!
