& thanks sid for suggesting Candito's program a while back, been seeing good gains from it

probably going to run it a 3rd time before switching things up...can anyone recommend a similar program I can look into?

do you sit around at 153lbs? or are you leaning out for the winter?

My weight fluctuates between 152 and 160 year round

Don't have any plans on gaining weight, but rather maintain my weight while getting stronger....aka my nutrition sucks

Started lifting again in July after a long break. Regaining lost mass was pretty easy, although my strength to weight ratio is worse than before.
PR time though :)

I haven't noticed it until 1 set before the vid that my wrists are really bent when Im squatting. Are my wrist and elbow supposed to be aligned with the bar?

i use these wrestling shoes. cheaper and way better than chucks, amazing for pulling in

and speaking of deadlifting i pulled 505 for 2x3 a couple of weeks ago, hope to hit 600 sometime soon

this was pretty easy, ramped up to it did quite a few working sets, but my back was still pretty stiff/sore from dling so i called it

totally not fair how richmond rec gyms all have fancy squat racks and deadlift platforms. burnaby on the other hand has poverty racks and floors that were only meant to be walked on...
