anyone know a good side shoulder workout? I want to get that round side shoulder look |
well, my gym is about 2 months away from its 18,000sq-ft expansion being done. one of the walls they took out was the one with the mirrors on it. they just took it down this week. today i asked the trainer where they were putting the mirrors back up... ... his reply was "they actually didnt think about that in the plans, we're trying to figure it out":fuuuuu: |

After months and months of trying ... my shoulder workout was a success today. No bad pain after, only good. Warmed up my shoulders on the mil press machine, then went for the actual mil press, was solid. Weight kept getting added retardedly easily until before I knew it I was beyond my old max, and repping 20 lbs beyond my old max for 6. So excited :) Finally broke the 1 plate barrier and went beyond it :fuckyea: Think I'm going to actually start taking a small notebook into my workouts just to help keep track of things. Any of you guys do that? I remember all my maxxes and reps, but sometimes I find myself almost forgetting to do an exercise and sitting there and thinking for minutes trying to remember what's next lol. I think I'm gonna start sending myself emails of exercises or get a notebook. |

hate back day.. |
just went to the Richmond oval for one of the drop in classes " ride and relax " definitely a hard cardio session , 45 minutes of spinning and 20 minutes of stretch/cardio to finish it off, great class imo. |
just wondering for deadlifts, is it absolutely necessary to deload (touch the ground on each rep and reset). due to the length of my arms and legs, it makes it almost impossible to do. i heard before from some that as long as you get the range of motion correct (which I do), its pretty much the same. insight? |
Unless you had hip, back, or knee problems, you are physically able to deload every time. Work on your hamstring and hip flexibility. You won't hit all the proper muscles DL's are supposed to hit if you don't deload every rep. |
Fucking assaults giving me headaches now. Fuckin also tweaked my left delt :| ugh Posted via RS Mobile |
I need a new bicep workout. I lost the pump, but I still get sore as fuck after. I need the pump. It's better than cuming. |
