did back and biceps today, felt like a bitch after doing back since my bi's were affected by back |
back and sholders today numbers were ok all around, nothing ground breaking but goddamn do i loathe my gym sometimes fucking grunting roid curls in the squat rack like mad people all over the place not putting shit away, and theres this group of like 5 or 6 guys that we have dubbed "team curl" and tonight they were all working on lats, and lats only. somehow working on lats involves all 6 of them standing in the fucking way of all the dumbell racks and benches FFUUUUUUU the being pissed off all night helped keep my intensity up tho haha |
^lol which gym is this? Never liked going with group of friends and always went alone. You have to love how these guys all go to the gym but just stand around and socialize most of the time. Better off just sitting at home and jerking off. |
YMCA in kelowna i normally have RRxtar there, for spotting advice but if we speak 10 words to eachother in an hour and a half its an occasion for sure actually had someone comment on how we gym together all the time, but never say a word haha |
its pretty awesome actually. good gym partners. when we're both goin good, theres no stopping to talk really, just the odd comment. everything is generally understood, and most things are done by hand signals haha. like i always say (and im starting to sound like a broken record). INTENSITY INTENSITY INTENSITY. talking, txting, socializing, watching tv, anything that takes you away from the workout is counter productive. |
^^^^ which is why i never bring my cell to the gym with me im the type of guy who would get side tracked and not put my cell down. But i know exactly how you feel, at fitness world in langley and the new gym i got to (fleetwood) theres a group of like 4-5 guys that just stand around and watch there friend bench or shoulder press. last time i checked you dont need 5 spotters. but pretty good overall work out tonight, increased my dead-lifts and leg press. good day |
