I started out with this program and had relatively huge gains since I had never worked out before this. It's awesome - so simple yet so effective.

no seriously, my lower and middle back have distinct muscle groupings that looks like a perfect 6 pack almost. ill post pics in my log later.

I cant see your logs. I have some solid definition in my back but I can't seem to widen my lats. Im looking for that V taper

^ Yeah I agree. I've been doing wide grip pull ups, straight arm pulldowns, and close grip lat pulldowns. Anything else that hits the lats hard?

I just ended my first week of 5x5 not the one laid out on that site though. Hopefully I can get my squats and dl in to the 200's.

best brand, if you can find it, is Chaokoh Coconut CREAM (not milk). It has NO additives.

It separates in cold though, so don't keep it in the fridge, and SHAKE WELL before using it.

Try asian markets.

They have it at the Richmond Costco. I know because I've walked by it a few times. It's not on the side of the electronics.

If you go to the willingdon Costco, its infront of the isles (endcap) where they keep all the dry foods. It's in a green bag. I see it everyday when I walk by.

I was talking to one of my friends last night about how I'm taking 1mr and he told me he heard it has jet fuel in it........ Lol

Then we were talking about bench pressing and he's like yea we (him and some other guys) have a theory that it isn't a good work out bc you use both you hands to push up one bar kinda thing.........

Back to the gym after a week off... Going to take it light this week. I think if I jump right into 2-3 RM power cleans I am going to hurt myself :lol

So after my workout I decided to see how much I could bench... I got to 60kg before deciding that's as far as I should go without a spotter. So that's 175 lbs with bar :lol
