^ Yeah I agree. I've been doing wide grip pull ups, straight arm pulldowns, and close grip lat pulldowns. Anything else that hits the lats hard? |

best brand, if you can find it, is Chaokoh Coconut CREAM (not milk). It has NO additives. It separates in cold though, so don't keep it in the fridge, and SHAKE WELL before using it. Try asian markets. |
