Can't wait 'til tomorrow, gonna try a full scoop of 1MR since I can go to the gym during the day instead of after work a few hours before bed. Gonna tear some shit up, it's gonna be glamour muscle day.

Try curling your toes. That'll put the weight on your heels.

Lolkai 07-31-2010 03:49 AM

Not really using any gears atm cuz i wanna get a more firm grip

RRxtar 07-31-2010 11:50 AM

The_Situation 07-31-2010 01:12 PM

RRxtar 07-31-2010 03:20 PM

The_Situation 07-31-2010 03:35 PM

RRxtar 07-31-2010 03:38 PM

nevermind. looks like someone deleted the post

Fuuuuck crazy active day today. Took a scoop of 1MR in the morning, 1.5 hours at the gym blasting my delts/tri's/bis, and a bit of work on my deadlifts. Had a protein shake with glutamine with a juice to wash it down. Then played 2 hours of 2-on-2 basketball, won all 3 games to 11. Just had another protein shake with some Chlorella.

hal0g0dv2 07-31-2010 05:03 PM

^^ nice that is solid, lots of people like that 1mr stuff i see

sonick 07-31-2010 06:16 PM

Speaking of protein powder. Is it just me or does anybody else get a sickly sweet aftertaste that lingers a few hours after you take it? It's pretty gross.

yeah they are well worth it, i just did hammer curls yesterday and my forearms and biceps are fried just after that, i dono about locally but bb.com sells them i should of got it from them

incubus 08-01-2010 12:11 AM

yeah thought so haha

StealthFighter 08-01-2010 02:41 AM

not that impressive, but I hit a PR. pretty happy since I haven't been focusing on deadlifts in 2 years. i was focusing on conditioning, compound unilateral movements(e.g. one arm overhead press) and my flexibility. now i'm back to maximal strength.

2 reps x 335lb deadlift. weighing 170lbs. need to work on my grip to hit another PR. grip gave out when i locked out on 2nd rep.

going to do sledgehammer drills and rack pulls for a better grip. i wanna get those fat gripz.

hal0g0dv2 08-01-2010 07:45 AM

DC5-S 08-01-2010 11:35 AM
