Chest I do 225x8, 265x8 or 275x4-6 (depending how I feel that day) Usually 3 solid sets + 1 warm up

How is that possible? Were you just not eating AT ALL?
I recently cleaned up my diet and the most I've lost is like 3 lbs probably because I havent been eating white rice, or very little of it

i eat small portions every 3 hours, good exercise, sleep lots of water

yeah didnt have alot of carbs too sometimes id just have yogurt 2 hardboiled eggs and mayb a protein shake

now its been a couple months and im having big portions and weights been good

Gastroenteritis on the in the middle of heading to Everest base camp with no food for 9 days, no liquids for 3 full days and then about a month before I could eat properly. I actually went from about 168 to 145, but i've regained about 6 pounds back.

No, I try not to eat really fatty foods, I eat more fruit and veggies etc
But I've eaten pretty clean my entire life due to food allergies so there wasnt much "cleaning up" to be done in the first place

I work March-November. before i started at the gym, I would lose 10-15lbs in 3 months over the winter, every year.

w00t hit the 10lb gain mark since I started bulking back in April, 155 now. 10 more to my target weight!
