Yeah but my point is, the "slow" carbs will increase your blood sugar just as much as the 'fast' ones. That flood is eventually going to spike insulin, and fuck up your sensitivity to that hormone.

Another thing about these workouts - you get sore/tweaked in the weirdest places, as your stability muscles are worked hard. I guess that's a good thing!

Single leg deadlifts are really difficult if you're not very athletic. :(

id say magin has a pretty good handle on his diet, it may not be what you think is the best, but it sure as hell worked for him, what did he drop 40 lbs? even better he is keeping it off

Anyway that's great for him. I never tried to argue with him. He is the one who keeps spewing bs at me, not the other wway around. In fact if he were to stop trolling for 5 seconds, he'd find that I agree with him on most of his diet philosophy.

Had a fucking killer workout. Included standing rows, db overhead press, and squats.

Doing squats, I hit that sweet spot of almost but not quite passing out or puking. Sweet!

Gonna treat myself by eating a baby pig.
