Did back + shoulders today, It was pretty intense. I was @ the gym for an hour 55 minutes.
Was so dead afterwards! it took a lot out of me, not sure i could do it on every back day.
After working my rear delts with back flies I figured i may as well work the rest of my shoulders. Does anybody break up shoulders into 2 days?
Like as in rear delts on back day, and front + side delts on chest day

Does anybody know a body comp calculator that breaks down the approx muscle/bone/fat mass if you input your height and BF%?

All the ones I found calculate BF%, not the other way around.

great minds think alike, i was doing chest 2 times also, high vol and then heavy weight low rep

thats what i try to do aswell. high vol on tues, heavy on fri.

I do the same thing with overhead presses. good form military on mon, heavier pushpress on fri

I know it's probably been discussed, but anyone know any good exercises to strengthen the shoulders? I hurt it during incline barbell bench press lol :speechless:

Is there medication or supplement to help shoulder pain? I tried glucosamine, but it gave me the worst headache ever on my right side.

dont listen to my advice cuz pain is usually a bad sign but I have/had the exact same problem its on and off. i just tell myself to man the fuck up and no pain no gain.... :P

I tried a tub of that when I was experimenting with fasted training. Haven't tried any other BCAA so can't really compare, but it seemed pretty decent.

Studies have shown Leucine can trigger and stimulate protein synthesis after resistance training.
