Did back + shoulders today, It was pretty intense. I was @ the gym for an hour 55 minutes. Was so dead afterwards! it took a lot out of me, not sure i could do it on every back day. After working my rear delts with back flies I figured i may as well work the rest of my shoulders. Does anybody break up shoulders into 2 days? Like as in rear delts on back day, and front + side delts on chest day |

Does anybody know a body comp calculator that breaks down the approx muscle/bone/fat mass if you input your height and BF%? All the ones I found calculate BF%, not the other way around. |

thats what i try to do aswell. high vol on tues, heavy on fri. I do the same thing with overhead presses. good form military on mon, heavier pushpress on fri |

I know it's probably been discussed, but anyone know any good exercises to strengthen the shoulders? I hurt it during incline barbell bench press lol :speechless: Is there medication or supplement to help shoulder pain? I tried glucosamine, but it gave me the worst headache ever on my right side. |
