Heh, so my (older) brother said drinking too much milk (1li+) a day is bad. Also said its bad when your sore, or when you have a injury. Anyone agree/disagree, or is he just an idiot?

I hear alot of people say "you cant eat that much steak, its bad for your stomach." and "you cant drink that much milk, its bad for you"

I always say "BRB having a tall glass of milk with my steak for dinner then going to deadlift after. im sorry things suck for you"

yeah. my knees were dying from squatting 3 days a week

Splmash 08-23-2011 09:27 PM

benched 3 plates. I'm very surprised I did it so easily because I haven't been on the bench for 3 weeks. I still like DB presses more though. Anyways, solid bicep and chest workout today. Ended with some epic fail sprints outside though.

Got up 110 for 9 full reps by myself and 1 more with help today.

3 plates for just two reps though. I might've had another one in me but I didn't feel confident enough. My max was at 335 before injuries and cutting.

EDIT: I'm just 180 lbs now though. Used to lift weights religiously and weighed around 195-200lbs. and personal best was 335 for 5 reps.

Damn, well thats sick. I saw you workout at sfu gym? If so, congrats. You officially beat sfu gym, did their biggest dumbbell for reps. :fullofwin:

Must feel so awesome loading up 3 plates onto the bar. Everyone starts to stare like "is he gonna do it?!" haha

Berzerker 08-23-2011 10:07 PM

hal0g0dv2 08-24-2011 09:34 AM

I never thought I could do 4 plates just like I tHought I could never do 2 or 3 plates. Your time will come and you will move up in bench , I did not start at 4 plates that took me about close to 4 years to get.
