i have been doing tons of volume this past week and gonna keep that up, been responding to that and gonna test my one rep maxes out soon, i failed u guys saying i would get 4 plates end of april sorry

sigh, got into a car accident a week and a half ago, before that ive been hitting the gym up for a good 3 months, bulked up atleast 15-20 pounds lost a bunch of fat, but the doctor told me my hand injury and calf injury from the accident is gonna take me out of the gym for a good 2-3 months.. sigh :(

Rasp lemonade is pretty good but fruit punch is king haha I still have 3 sealed ones I'm down to trade for apple or rasp lemondade someone jump on the buy 2 get one free lol I'll trade you I'd order again but that's too many preworkouts lol

I was eating somewhere in the region of 3000-4000 calories a day (sometimes much, much more ... me and my friend would go to 5 guys burgers and I'd eat like 2 burgers + fries or go to cactus club get a creole chicken + 2 appetizers to myself lol) for the past few months (not really keeping track, just shoveling high calorie foods into my mouth). had memphis blues for the first time today .. portion size is fucken retarded! I'm used to eating a full rack of ribs whenever I do have them, so I ordered a full rack and some chicken wings ... holy shit.
