Also really good deal, chicken tournedos : 14 for $10. 20grams of protein and 200calories a piece. Bacon wrapped chicken :megusta:

and i can only drink one jug a day, not used to 2L or more yet

Your incline lags behind too eh? Last time I attempted them, I could do 75 lbs for 4, but when I moved up to 80's I couldn't get above my shoulders.

210 lbs as of today.. Some kid I work with today was trying to tell me he had 19 inch arms. I'm at 16.5 inches and his pumped arms are like the same size as my unflexed unpumped arms. He is also my height but only 190.
Dude also claims to be juicing. lol

A2G Squats :megusta: altho i was only doing 85lbs lulz guy beside me was doing 2 plates a2g, i felt n00b. Anways i can't wait to get into week 5 and up into stronglift, that's where ima be like :sweetjesus:

on the other hand.. i hate going to my gym after work (7pmish) and seeing all the squat racks taken by ppl doing curls..

now i know how you guys feel

Started wearing a tank top, usually I wear the kind that cuts off at the shoulder rather than beater style. Makes me feel like I'm walking around naked :megusta:
