Damn mcds talk. Had 4 mcdoubles (2 buns) sat after a week off from gym. Went from 180 to 175 in a week eating clean, biking to and from work 1hr 45 min total for 4 days. See lower abs for first time ever. Need to eat more lol Posted via RS Mobile |
