I've had a bit of history with back problems so it makes sense to wear one. I try not to use it as much as possible but what can you do

Sennheiser PMX 680

I like it because it stays in my ears while i workout and run. The sound quality is imo is pretty good 4/5... the only problem with it, like all neckband headphones is you have to angle it down towards your neck while on the flat bench or incline bench if your head is touching the bench. The headphone is also detachable from the volume switch if you have a music player wrap around your arm. Overall i give this a 8/10.

There are several other models within the 680 series which is similar to this. I got this because it best suited my ears.

I bought it from BestBuy. Their return policy is very good for headphones. You can wear them and within 30 days you don't like them, you get a full refund.

I'm looking for headphones too. Preferably the noise-isolating variety. I use these right now, http://www.zdnet.com/reviews/product...hones/34046446 , but they're not very good at keeping out external noise.

RRxtar 12-03-2011 10:21 PM

fuck thats alot of weight. but his knees are locked when the bar is barely passing them and he turns it into a stiff leg dl. it looks like the only thing holding him together is the belt.

Splmash 12-03-2011 10:33 PM

failed with my 7x7 deadlifts with 3 plates on each side. FUUUU

was struggling on the 6th set big time. Last two reps were pretty shit form. the last set was a joke. I did 2 reps and my body pretty much gave in.

and power cleans, i've been doing those atleast once a week all semester. those and muscle ups are my fave workouts now.

Excelsis 12-03-2011 11:26 PM

how do you guys manage to get your body over the bar when doing muscle ups?
pullups are no problem, but i can't seem to get my body over the bar for the muscleup

Excelsis 12-04-2011 09:57 AM

for the first one just jump and go through, then after that use your momentum to go up..

Doing dead hang muscle ups are the hard ones

It's all technique and practice. But if you don't think you can do it, you'll never be able to do it.

Put your mind to it and practice. It doesn't matter how stupid you look to begin with, you'll look like a BAUSSSS once you're able to do it.

Like I've said before, it's really about when your body capable of doing one. When your body is able to do it, you'll do it.
I never really did any training for it. Religiously did weighted pullups during workouts and it naturally came to me.
