Sennheiser PMX 680 I like it because it stays in my ears while i workout and run. The sound quality is imo is pretty good 4/5... the only problem with it, like all neckband headphones is you have to angle it down towards your neck while on the flat bench or incline bench if your head is touching the bench. The headphone is also detachable from the volume switch if you have a music player wrap around your arm. Overall i give this a 8/10. There are several other models within the 680 series which is similar to this. I got this because it best suited my ears. I bought it from BestBuy. Their return policy is very good for headphones. I'm looking for headphones too. Preferably the noise-isolating variety. I use these right now, http://www.zdnet.com/reviews/product...hones/34046446 , but they're not very good at keeping out external noise. |

failed with my 7x7 deadlifts with 3 plates on each side. FUUUU was struggling on the 6th set big time. Last two reps were pretty shit form. the last set was a joke. I did 2 reps and my body pretty much gave in. and power cleans, i've been doing those atleast once a week all semester. those and muscle ups are my fave workouts now. |

for the first one just jump and go through, then after that use your momentum to go up.. Doing dead hang muscle ups are the hard ones |
