Would you guys recommend seeing a chiropractor over an acupuncturist
Posted via RS Mobile

Berzerker 02-10-2012 12:48 PM

I think of acupuncture as voodoo so I'm biased. Chiropractors actually manipulate and straighten things where as a bunch of needles in your skin do what ???

Berz out.

RRxtar 02-10-2012 12:53 PM

agreed

my flowchart goes

chiro is for bone/joint alignment issues
physio is for muscle problems
massage is for muscle soreness...... or happy endings :troll:
acupuncture is voodoo magic pressure point stuff to make pains 'go away'
religious hand of god intervention healing

Berzerker 02-10-2012 01:10 PM

I was watching Cutler's new clip of him working out. Pisses me off. I don't think watching those guys workout is good motivation. In the video he was doing reps in the teens for every exercise he was doing. Watching Ronnie lift heavy shit is motivating but watching Phil Heath and Jay Cutler doing 20 reps at moderate weight doesn't do it for me. Just reinforces the fact that they are all synthetic muscle. Steriods+Insulin+HGH+Food=Monster Muscles.

Berz out.

Excelsis 02-10-2012 01:27 PM

they're bodybuilders that's what they do, though jay is a bit cocky sometimes

anyways 5 eggs a day and a gallon of milk a day keeps your test levels up up and away :fullofwin:

Your entire back should be straight. At what point is your back rounding during the lift? Make sure you don't straighten out your knees until the bar reaches knee level. I've seen people straighten too early, and their back rounds as well.

no it's not

your upper back needs more work

Phozy 02-10-2012 03:21 PM

Definetly not, sometimes when you end up going heavy you can lose the arc in your lower back, but upperback should always be straight. always.

so keep your head an chest up

IMA GO HARD IN THE PAINt (GYM) ON THIS FRIDAY BIZZZNITCHESSS

neggo 02-10-2012 04:00 PM

I swear to God you guys motivate me so hard (that sounds homo but no homo)

Didn't feel like doing shit when I woke up today and had to force myself out of the bed to go to Muay Thai...ended up having a pretty good session. Went on this thread when I got home, found I had a bit of energy and decided to lift and ended up killing it today. Fucking feels good. I feel great.

PS - I've decided to try gaining a bit of weight to try getting myself a little bigger...I never realized how eating MORE could be so hard..All throughout my fitness journey I've always focused on losing weight and managing a calorie deficit but holy hell...I find that eating more has become so much harder. My appetite is no longer the way it used to be back when I was a huge fatty :alone:

hahah really? im so happy im not longer really caring about my weight and its crazy, i know and see the results coming as im eating like a fucking beast and lifting like a beast. As before i was eating like a beast and my muscles were like "WTF YOU DOING TO URSELF". Now its like "FEED ME THE FUCKIN PROTIEN ASSHOLE". :lawl: Cant wait for summer time, been focusing more on chest after i did 2 cycle of the 8week program. Hitting the chest hard 2x a week! Feels fuckin good and feels even better when i can flex them pecs!

LETS GET SEXY BITCHES. No homo

neggo 02-10-2012 04:48 PM

^ Yeah, for the past year I've essentially been maintaining and gaining bit by bit but I feel like experimenting to gradually see what it'd be like to get a little bigger. If I don't like it, I can always go back to 180lb...I just like to set new goals for myself once I've been at certain stage for some time.

Good on you, bro! Keep working at it.

hal0g0dv2 02-10-2012 04:49 PM
