1MR is not bad, same as Jack3d. Worked pretty good for me, just runs out so fast... Best one i found was Assault... i've tried bulldoze, superpump and other shit, Assault is the best so far... I'm back in the gym 5 days a week now, eating better... i'm finding that i've almost plateaued in strength, i've been at the same strength level for like the past month... gonna switch up my workouts i think...
my weight as of yesterday... I started working out hard in February 2010, was at 160lbs... I'm 5'10-5'11

Look for the forums link and create your profile there. Then you can just put your forum name for that space.

FML, I am, like, between sizes now... My arms/upper body are Small/Medium but my lower torso is more Small/Xsmall.

Just got two nicely fitting CK polo's in the US... put it in the wash and now the top half is WAAAAY too tight. Brand new, didn't even get a chance to wear them yet! FUUUUUUCK.

I'm so paranoid of wearing my smaller stuff now coz I don't wanna look like I am wearing extra tight shit to show off or whatever, but a bunch of my t-shirts don't fit anymore...

RRxtar 08-09-2010 10:00 PM

buy extra-Medium. problem solved

hal0g0dv2 08-09-2010 10:04 PM

Cut most of the carbs from your diet, you'll lose a ton of water within a few days. Your muscles will be smaller, but more defined and harder. Shirts will fit better. You will also have the many great benefits that are had with eating right

Or if you're taking creatine, stop taking creatine :)

just sign up it doesnt take long

highly recommend white flood its 2nd on my list under 1mr and hear nothing but good things about controlled labs

White flood is great!!!!! Started using it 2 weeks ago and my drive and focus while working out has never been better. I don't get a crash after either. Tried 1mr and dynamatize xtream xpand pump and both felt too strong, gave me crazy jitters and upset stomach and crash.

Does anyone know if you have to pay duty on supplements purchased from the US? I ordered some protein and had it delivered to Hagens in Blaine. Thanks!

Read his post again... He wants something with the least amount of caffeine... Taking caffeine pills is opposite what he wants.. lol

Thats definitely not what I want. I'm taking xpand non caffeinated for the moment and it used to give me a bit of a kick, just enough to wake me up.

But lately I've been feeling really sluggish and need more of a jolt than what xpand is giving me.

After doing some reading it seems like its between superpump and white flood.
White flood has approx 100mg of caffeine per scoop, superpump says 150? (or so I've read)

DC5-S 08-10-2010 01:24 PM
