shoulder and elbow are so inflamed. I was was carrying a fully loaded cooler on one shoulder like a bauss .. I think that's what messed me up:( ideas to speed up recovery? Can barely raise a beer to my mouth with my right hand ... fuark.

I had shoulder tendonitis recently. Doctor told me to take 6 aspirins per day (2 per meal). Supposedly has anti-inflammatory ingredient to speed up recovery.

Berz do you do standing military press as well? Never tried it seated and just wondering what the difference is. There are regulars at my gym who do seated military press on the smith a lot.

Also did squat 285lbs 3x5 yesterday @ 175 lb bw. Legs are destroyed. :woot2:
