This thread is becoming awkward LOL Anyone know a good routine for upper body/ chest. Seems like i do almost the same workouts at the gym whenever I go and now i'm never getting sore, nor am I seeing any improvements. Also any meal plans would be good. Seems like I eat a lot a few days straight then just go back to my old junk food routine. I think I need a strict plan to follow. Any help will be great. Thanks! |

Whats the recommended time to bulk before cutting. I have been traveling for a year, so I`m heading back to the gym and as of now I weigh about 150 compared to 170 when I was bulking before I left. I`ve lost most of my large muscle mass, but reduced my body fat. I want a much leaner look than previously, so I was wondering how long is an appropriate time to bulk. Lets say I can get back to 170 in two months of a mix between muscle growth, fat and water retention, should I at least bulk for 4 months before cutting as my pure muscle growth after two months isn`t actually that large. |
