Just finished my first workout of week 2! Added weight to everything but dips, which I am already pretty maxed out on at bodyweight

I go to "TF Gym" in Mong Kok. It's about a 30 minute commute by the MTR. I try to be there by 2pm to avoid the busy 9-to-5ers crowd. They have a decently equipped gym - all the basics are there so it will serve me well for years I'm sure.

I saw one of the bodybuilders there today, he's an Asia champion apparently... He's definitely in 'off season' mode right now if you know what I mean :)

BTW you should join the RS BB Club! We have invited you already!

I added my Day 4 log today. I hope Majin posts some pics up so we can see his freaky roid progress :)

Whenever I go on trips, I tend to bring some casein protein along.

SkinnyPupp 09-02-2010 03:40 AM

Just dropped $300 a BB.com. Ordered some Glutamine since I can feel a cold coming on. I even paid an extra $15 for FedEx shipping so it will get here in a few days :)

The rest is just basics - more magnesium, vit D, fish oil, protein powders. I did buy some HMB so I'll be using that again. I had great success with it before.

I always make sure I book a hotel with gym in it for the guests, but I guess if you don't, you could throw in some chair dips, single leg deadlifts & run the stairs to what you already listed.

I need to either really dedicate myself to a serious cut, or get back into slow bulk. For the last 3-4 months I've been trying to watch what i'm eating and drop the bf into the single digits. I believe i've seen a little progress as I can see my abs quite clearly when I wake up in the morning (dehydrated). I don't know whether to contribute that to the diet, or the direct ab work i've been doing lately.

Either way I ned to get serious. I am getting weaker and weaker in the chest department. This morning I barely squeezed out 85lb x 2 on the incline DB press. Just a month ago I was pushing out multiple sets of 6. Right now it's either make a serious cut for 2 weeks, accept the losses, or eat more and see some gains. Time to get serious boys!

hal0g0dv2 09-02-2010 11:24 AM

i would say eat more man, but just my 2 cents

!Yaminashi 09-02-2010 11:28 AM

I noticed a loss in strength when i'm trying to watch what I eat. When I eat whatever I want (within reason, nothing too unhealthy) I have much better workouts

ezol 09-02-2010 11:28 AM

halo, just sent you a PM with progress

You and everyone else. I would love to eat, I hate being in a deficit, i'm grumpy, my mind goes to shit but I have never really seen abs before. Maybe a slow bulk and hit up some heavy ab work I might develop enough to overcome the fat :p

hal0g0dv2 09-02-2010 11:40 AM

just hit the caridio man not alot but maybe 15min, just to keep the body fat low

RRxtar 09-02-2010 01:50 PM

there is such a thing as clean bulking too. you CAN put size on while not drastically increasing BF%. its just a shit load slower

That's pretty much what I've been doing up until 4 months ago. One year to gain 10 lbs, consistant bf%.

DC5-S 09-02-2010 02:58 PM
