normally they are a little sore the day after, pretty sore the 2nd day, then not so bad the 3rd.


i upped my squat again last nite. and my legs are fucked today and its getting worse. im afraid of tomorrow haha


how do i make the hurt stop? booze? steroids?

you try foam rolling? It'll hurt like a bitch but as you get used to it, it should reduce your doms

foam rolling with a PVC pipe works way better for me.

It sucks working out alone sometimes, I find I don't go past a certain weight on some excersises because I'll need help getting the first rep up, or I can't do that extra rep on the bench etc

I'm with you on this one, at my gym I see alot of guys asking other dudes for a spot.

I had one guy ask me for a spot and I gladly helped him out
But I'd rather have a buddy spot me

Hang in there man, I had crazy bad tendonitis last year when I started, now its not an issue. If you can start taking glucosamine, I was told that helps alot

i get asked everynow and then and its no problem atall, we're all at the gym for the same purpose right

+1 normally u see alot of usuals jst ask for help

i love solo workouts, ipod on max volume and im good to go
