By the way, the RS BB Progress Club is now open. If you have been invited, you can access the club by going here.

I would recommend adding a quick link to the AwesomeBar by going to this page of your control panel. You can also subscribe to updates for the whole club, or whatever thread you want. Remember not to include the http://

A good idea would be for everyone to have their own training log, and they can post progress pics if they want. I am going to start my training log now.

lol and skinnypup... 20lbs in a year is easy. I lost 20 in 6months just from dieting and minimal cardio while maintaining strength. non of my lifts have gone down except my squat by maybe 20 lbs

BTW I was referring to 20 lbs of muscle, not 20 lbs of weight. 20 lbs can be done in a month easily without losing muscle. But I think the poster was talking about losing 20 lbs of lean mass.

why the hell would u want to lose 20lbs of lean mass. youd pretty much have to starve yourself or do some intense cardio

i went from 160-130 over 6 months when i played college ball just from cardio twice a day. most of it being lean mass

ps. the 2am deadlifting drunk is retarded. easy way to injure yourself and you won't be able to DL the same again or at all for that matter

Fuck. I need to start eating right again. Im getting fat. hah

Im actually looking forward to the fall. its alot easier to eat properly and focus on training when there arent the (oh so very awesome) distractions of the summer.
