Family kept asking me for a Christmas list. Threw on an eco-ball (how well do these work compared to chalk?) and straps. Gonna see if my cousin that I got into lifting gets me those :D

Did a Yoga class this morning. I think i'm going to have to incorporate it into my routine. Holy tight hips batman! Hopefully with some work, it will do wonders to my squat.

remember to never, ever static stretch right before lifts or runs.

What do you guys eat before an early morning heavy workout (and how long before it)? I had 200gm of 2% Cottage cheese with porridge and had a pretty bad heartburn the whole lifting session...:okay:

I have been planning on doing this, I just don't have the money for yoga classes at the moment. Not really cheap.

So frustrated. Hurt shoulder doing who knows what. After one week off, went to physio - strained joint/ligament. Second week off right now, getting jittery, want it to get better faster, but I know rest and ice is the best for it. Good thing I have papers and finals to study for to take my mind off of it.

I took two scoops which is about 150g of protien.
