Xmas Eve upper body work out went better than expected. Been taking creatine for 2 wks now and seems to be helping. Flat bench 90lb x 8, 100lbs x10 pr. Tricep dips 3x8 w/55lb db.

aww yea hit a 1rm pr of 415 on back squat. a lil less than what i wanted, but i been really focusing on the depth.

if my hamstrings dont touch my calves, i dont consider it a rep nemore haha

round 5'10, maybe close to 5'11

i dont find static stretching very useful. i just do alot of pause squats with lower weight when warming up

Thanks! I can rep it out around 5-6 times. Strangely, my regular grip is only 3 reps above that lol

Anyone go to Spartacus? How many bench presses and power racks do they have? Is it really busy? I need a fucking gym with that has a few and is not really busy. Tired of waiting for the bench then waiting for the power rack after and even sometimes rushing myself doing less sets or lower rests as a ton of other people are mean mugging me tryna get on. Most people don't understand 5 minute rests on compounds for strength. If anyone can recommend one feel free. Not gonna pay more than $30 a month and no 2 year shit.

Sport Central. Ghetto gym, but gets the job done. 24/7.

I believe they have a promotion right now at $199 for 1 year membership. I'm not sure when it ends, but otherwise $15-$20/month on a year contract.
